I am not a geek. I am an ordinary person lumbered with xp on my old netbook. I have no funds.
I have just downloaded wine on Zorin 8 lite it appears in software center as installed I just want to know in plain english how I can now open it up and use it. I like most users do not want to know what is happening just which buttons to press.
Most non technical people would have given up ages ago as Linux seems only to want to cater for geeks. I know you only get what you pay for and I have paid for nothing and at the moment I am getting near enough nothing.
Sorry to rant and i appreciate it is not your problem But the question is “how do I run a program in Linux” and you have failed to help me in the slightest.
