The tasks component includes todo's for yourself and groups. Tasks can be tagged with time, date, owner, and priority and sent to co-workers through email.

We bought Zarafa to upgrade our existing Open-xchange environment. The Outlook integration of Zarafa is so much better than Open-xchange, because of the MAPI implementation on the server.
For our non-Outlook users, we use the AJAX based webaccess, which is completely in the Outlook look&feel. In the 5.00 version, the webaccess was a little bit slow, but in the latest version there were some great performance optimizations.
I can really advise this product to companies that want stable Outlook sharing on their Linux server.

I’ve migrated two offices (one:400 + 1×200 users) from Exchange to Zarafa. Although there are tools available you need to prepare and it took the whole weekend to migrate. For the rest it is quite similar. You still need a plugin for Outlook sharing, but i can still use ADS to distribute that plugin using a MSI installer.
