WWW: World Wide Web--also known as WEB--this is the generic name given to all of the hypertext-based HTML documents on the Internet. A revolutionary Internet browsing system that allows point-and-click%navigation of the Internet. The WWW is a spiderweb-like interconnection of millions of pieces of information located on computers around the world.
