Definition: roleplaying: A database system for role players The Role Playing DataBase System is a database system for Role Playing Gamers. It provides a way for players and game masters to store the many pieces of information needed for Role Playing. The Role Playing Database package consists of a collection of C++ classes that implement a series of structures that contain the various data entities that represent the various aspects and features used in a Role Playing Game, including the characters, monsters, spells, treasures, tricks, traps, etc. The database can be accesed through a Tcl/ Tk interface but it the library can also be used to develop other applications related to role-playing.
