sqrt - square root function  

SYNOPSIS

#include <math.h>

double sqrt(double x);
 

DESCRIPTION

The sqrt() function returns the non-negative square root of x. It fails and sets errno to EDOM, if x is negative.  

ERRORS

EDOM
x is negative.
