From Andre Haas

Interactive Buddy is a simulation game, where you play tickle and attack with a humanoid buddy. You have the choice of obtaining his friendship or becoming his enemy. You can make money either way. A variety of weapons, tools, and extras can be bought by your in-game money.

Gameplay

The game is very fun, mainly because of its originality and the large number of tools available. You can buy flame throwers to burn the humanoid buddy, and then put the flame out using a hose. Tickle him, punch him, or play catch with him. Of course, more aggressive players can buy large weapons, such as bombs and rockets. You can do whatever you want with him because your buddy has an unlimited health bar. Don't like his default look? Well, buy a new skin for him and give him a different look. You can always play with him, then save him, and then play with him again tomorrow.

Graphics and Audio

The graphics are pretty basic, but this is mainly because the programmers wanted this complicated, realistic physics game not to lag at all. Using some of the advanced game functions can cause the frame rate to drop to a dangerously low level, but it rarely crashes game. The interface is really nice looking. The audio is minimum, consisting only basic sound effects.

Special Feature

The number of tools available is amazing. There are fireballs, hoses, radios, mines, grenades, …just about every item you'd want to use on your buddy.

Bottom Line

This simulation game is great for fun seekers and interaction enthusiasts. Your buddy is a cute humanoid. Play with him and you will see how happy he is when you give him a cold shower and how he shows displeasure when he finds out that the green object you make him hold is a grenade!
